Sleeping Child Farms and the Farm Table Restaurant are located just 10 miles south of Hamilton, Montana, in the Beautiful Bitterroot Valley. We operate The Farm Table Restaurant year round, our hours vary by season.

Most of the food prepared in our restaurant is produced here on the property, using sustainable growing methods. We sell the rest of our production at the Farmer Market in Hamilton and Missoula Montana. We take pride in the fact that we do not use synthetic chemicals, fertilizers or weed control on the food we grow. We are constantly researching new and innovative ways to produce a wonderful bounty, while being good stewards to the land and wildlife that we share this beautiful place with. Sleeping Child Creek runs through the property, providing plenty of irrigation for our crops, and it also creates an important habitat for fish, fowl, and our four legged Whitetail friends.

Our Chefs coordinate, create and dream alongside our farmers to help produce fresh, local and tasty dishes for our guests to enjoy. We like to describe our cuisine as Gourmet Comfort food, with menu choices appealing to all tastes. Weather permitting, you can sit outside and enjoy all the peace and tranquility Montana offers while savoring creative meals, fine wine, and great spirits. Self-Guided Garden tours are available in the Spring and Summer time. In additions, we now offer a new Series of Cooking and Farming Classes. Keep an eye on our blog to read about events at our farm.
